b. Sensitive Personal Data (SPDI)

- Payment-related information (e.g., UPI, partial card details via integrated payment gateways like Razorpay)
- Account holder name, IFSC code (for venue settlements)
Note: We do not store full card details or CVVs.
c. Usage & Technical Information
- Device and browser type
- IP address and geolocation
- Mobile device ID, OS, and app version
- Crash logs, diagnostics, and performance data
- Date and time of access, and pages/screens visited
d. In-App Activity & Behavioral Data
- Venue search behavior
- Booking and cancellation history
- Coaching enrollments and attendance

- Reward/loyalty milestones and usage of Sportomic Credits and Atoms
e. Third-Party Integrations
When you log in via Google, Facebook, or Apple, we receive your name, email, and public profile info with your consent.

- Enroll you in training, events, or tournaments
- Manage venue availability and schedules
- Match you with players or teams based on preferences
- Track and issue Credits & Atoms for gamified experiences
- Send transactional notifications via push, SMS, email, or WhatsApp

- Provide customer support and troubleshoot issues
- Enforce our Terms of Use and prevent misuse
- Comply with legal and regulatory requirements
4. Sharing of Information

- Venue partners (to confirm bookings, payments, and attendance)
- Coaches or event organizers (for event or training coordination)
- Payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, PayU) to process your transactions

- Internal reporting and planning

- As long as your account is active, and
- For a maximum of 7 years post-termination, as required for legal or audit purposes
Post-retention, your data is anonymized and used only for historical or analytical reporting.
